How we work

Technician credentials

Check the IRATA level and certificate validity of technicians assigned to the project.

Access planning

Review anchor points, building layout, interference, exclusion zones and planned access method.

Risk controls

Define relevant risk assessments, work procedures, preventive measures and emergency or rescue arrangements.

Technical accountability

Check which engineering documents and accountable professionals the scope requires.

IRATA certifies individual technicians across three levels.

Level 1 and Level 2 technicians work under appropriate Level 3 supervision.

IRATA qualifications require periodic revalidation; verify the actual documents.

IRATA International — Safety & IRATA ↗
Does IRATA Level 3 replace an engineer in charge?

No. Rope-access safety supervision and regulated engineering accountability are different responsibilities. Technical sign-off requirements depend on the service.

How can I check an IRATA technician?

Request the assigned technician's certificate and identification, and verify the status via IRATA's official channels.

Is rope access suitable for any facade?

No. Every site requires assessment of the supporting structure, anchorage, interference, risks and access conditions.

Does JFS work in commercial buildings?

The JFS portfolio includes maintenance, facade and technical-installation work documented in Rio de Janeiro. Specific scope is assessed case by case.

What should I send to request a quote?

Share the project location, intended service, approximate height, desired schedule and photos of the worksite.
